All products purchased via Alis.dk are covered by a 2-year warranty. If you have a complaint about your Alis product, please send in the product along with an explanation, order number, and contact information.

If you purchased the product in an Alis store or through one of our retailers, please contact them directly.

Our warranty does not apply to products purchased from another supplier.
