Retail Manager - AAR

We're looking for someone with retail experience to lead a few projects on a fixed-term basis.

You'll own both the build and the running of it: opening a new space, setting up the systems behind it, and making sure the day-to-day works.

What you'll do

• Lead the setup of a new retail space from planning to opening
• Build the systems and routines that keep it running
• Take ownership of day-to-day operations and standards

What we're looking for

• Solid retail experience, ideally across both opening and operating stores
• Comfortable taking responsibility and shaping how things are done
• A feel for the brand and the world it comes from

It's a hands-on, project-based role with real responsibility and room to make it your own.
