Returns and Exchanges
We offer returns on items purchased from alis.dk within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the items are returned in their original and unused condition.
Returns and Exchanges
You can exchange your item for free with:
- A different product
- A different size or color
- Store credit
If you would like a refund, a fee of DKK 19 will be deducted to cover the return label.
How to Return
- Submit your return via our return portal here.
- Send your item with the return label provided once your return request has been created.
Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible. You will receive an email confirmation, and refunds will be issued within 14 days of processing.
Claims
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, or if your product breaks during use, please contact us at info@alis.dk before returning the item.
Additional Conditions
- Uncollected packages will have the original shipping fee deducted from the refund
- We reserve the right to deduct for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition
- For orders with promotional or bundle packages, all items must be returned together
